Print

Less than 1 minute
  • Page Setup: Set paper orientation, size, margins, and header/footer height;
  • Print Preview: Quickly preview the pagination effect for printing;
  • Print: Pop up the browser dialog for web page printing, margins need to be set to none;
  • Send to Local Printer: Due to browser security settings, to print directly without a dialog box, install X-Browser for direct printing to a specified printer. For non-Windows environments, install X-Print;
  • Send to Desktop PDF: Experimental feature, X-Print can directly print PDFs to the user's desktop;

Import and Export

Export

  • Export HTML: Export the medical record document in HTML format (without pagination), which can be re-imported;
  • Export PDF: Export the medical record document in PDF format (paginated);
  • Export JSON: Export structured data in JSON format, usually for storage in a backend database;
  • Export XML: Export structured data in XML format, usually for storage in a backend database;

Import

  • Open Template: Import medical record documents in HTML format;
  • Import Duchang Electronic Medical Record: Import Duchang electronic medical record format XML;
  • Import Word: Support importing Microsoft Word format documents;

Printing

  1. Printer and Print Preview Inconsistency

In the print settings of the web page dialog, set "Margins" to "Default" or "None".

  1. Silent Printing Without Print Dialog

Due to browser security settings, a print dialog will pop up every time you print. To skip the print dialog and achieve direct printing, install the X-PRINT or X-BROWSER program on the user's computer.

  1. Centralized Printing or Cloud Printing

Install the X-PRINT or X-BROWSER program on the print server, and configure the cloud print server IP address in the medical record editor to enable centralized/cloud printing.
