Due to the browser's clipboard read permission security settings, the editor's copy-paste functionality requires the user to confirm whether to allow clipboard access.

  1. Users can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V to paste or Ctrl+Shift+V to paste as plain text.

  2. If the user mistakenly clicks Disable clipboard access, they can follow the steps below to allow clipboard access again.

Chrome Browser

Method 1

  1. Open the menu in the top-right corner and go to "Settings";
  2. Select "Privacy and Security";
  3. Choose "Site Settings";
  4. Select "Permissions" — "Additional Permissions";
  5. Choose the "Clipboard" permission;
  6. In the list of domains not allowed to view your clipboard, set the current website "www.x-emr.cn" to "Allow".

Method 2

  1. Click the small lock icon on the left side of the browser address bar;
  2. Turn on the switch for the "Clipboard" option;
  3. Reload the page.

Edge Browser

Method 1

  1. Open the menu in the top-right corner and go to "Settings";
  2. Select "Cookies and Site Permissions";
  3. Under "All Permissions," choose "Clipboard";
  4. In the "Blocked" list, set the current website (e.g., www.x-emr.cn) to "Allow".

Method 2

  1. Click the small lock icon on the left side of the browser address bar;
  2. Change the "Blocked" option under Clipboard to "Allow";
  3. Reload the page.
